Improve your first touch and ball control.
Step by Step
- Start by dropping the ball from your hands and tapping it with your foot.
- Keep the ball at a comfortable height—not too high, not too low.
- Use the top of your foot (laces) for control and consistency.
- Alternate between both feet to build coordination on each side.
Pro Tips
Practice daily. Start with 10 juggles, then 20, then 50. Keep your ankle locked. Focus on consistency. Try different parts of your body.
